We’re seeking a Business Data Analyst to turn complex financial, operational, and sales data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. This role combines data analysis, strategic thinking, and cross-team collaboration to uncover trends, explain the "why" behind the numbers, and help shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, sales, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to effectively communicate insights.
• Prepare detailed performance reports that highlight critical findings and explain their impact to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Build financial models and forecasting tools to support business planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate regularly with leadership, sales, operations, and service teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor competitive environment trends and present actionable insights to executives.
• Handle complex data challenges with creativity and strategic thinking to support organizational growth.
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet evolving business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages such as Python.
• Financial background combined with a naturally inquisitive and creative mindset.
• Ability to think strategically while managing technical data challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to overcoming challenges head-on.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment & Schedule

This role typically operates in an office setting but occasionally requires standing or walking. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours work as needed to meet business demands.
