We are currently seeking a Production Technician who will be responsible for assembling and servicing Industrial and Marine equipment that will be an integral part of the solutions and value we provide to our customers.

In this role, you will:

• Assemble marine propulsion engines, generator sets, and pump engines according to build sheets, engineering drawings, and production specifications.
• Install, torque, and verify engine components in compliance with manufacturer standards and documented procedures.
• Wire generator ends and associated electrical components as required, following electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure accuracy, proper clearances, and adherence to specifications.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools, torque equipment, and shop equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area consistent with company standards.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic preferred. Marine diesel mechanic or technician preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

What you can expect as a Production Technician:

• Regularly works around mechanical equipment and may be exposed to high noise levels at times.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crawl and climb ladders.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to grasp hand tools and parts.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position.
