We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to hire, train, and empower our sales team while driving new business development.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and key performance indicators. 
  • Partner with the VP of Sales to implement high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration between Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Led and coach a high-energy sales team, ensuring skill development and continuous improvement.
  • Travel with team members to refine their sales techniques and boost performance. 
  • Implement a results-driven training program to enhance product knowledge, industry expertise, and sales effectiveness. 
  • Establish a culture of accountability, motivation, and excellence within the sales team.
  • May perform other duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience with a track record of success.
  • Expertise in CRM systems; Knowledge of Acumatica preferred.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and sales coaching skills.
  • Ability to tackle challenges head-on and drive solutions. 
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. 
  • High energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for developing people. 
  • Strong customer-faced mindset. 
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
