We are currently seeking a Production Manager to lead out production operations and take us into our next phase of growth and efficiency.

In this role, you will:

• Developing, implementing and managing agile production plans and schedules to align with customer demands and company goals.
• Monitoring production progress - making real-time decisions to stay on track and deliver on time.
• Collaborating with procurement and inventory teams to keep materials flowing seamlessly.  
• Troubleshooting bottlenecks and solving problems before they slow us down.
• Leading process improvements, cutting waste, and boosting productivity across the board. 
• Writing and implementing SOPs, manuals, and best practice for both production and quality assurance. 
• Driving compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Tracking and reporting quality metrics - and proactively addressing and issues or trends.
• Managing budgets for labor, equipment, and materials - keeping us efficient and cost-effective. 
• Building strong relationships with customers and vendors. 
• Hiring, mentoring, and cross-training a team of technicians.
• Owning performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting to continuously improve operations. 

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Technical degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• 2+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people.
• High energy, a positive attitude, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
• Problem-solver who embraces challenges with confidence and creativity.
• Great communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Customer-focused with a drive to deliver excellence in everything you do.

What to Except:

• You'll work in both an office and industrial setting, around mechanical equipment and occasional loud environments.
• This role requires the ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regular schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet production goals when needed.
